The Company received notification on the 6th September 2010 that Catherine Biner Bradley, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each of the Company (“Shares”) on the 3rd September 2010. The purchase was made at a price of 207 pence per Share.
Following the purchase, Catherine Biner Bradley now holds 12,902 Shares representing less than 0.1% of the total issued Share capital of the Company.
