The Company announces the retirement from the Board of Julian Seymour on 31st December 2007 in accordance with the statement made in its interim results announcement in September.
Julian Seymour joined the Board in 1994 at the time of the company’s merger and listing and has been the Senior Non-Executive Director and Chair of the standing committees of the Board until 1st October this year.

His role as a Senior Non-Executive Director and as Chairman of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees has helped steer the Company through its continued growth and success and his value during that period should not be underestimated.”
