On 29th May 2008 the Directors purchased a total of 90,971 shares in The Company. Lord Bell, Chairman, purchased 40,000; Chris Satterthwaite, Chief Executive, purchased 28,571 and Mark Smith, Finance Director, purchased 22,400.
Commenting on the share purchases Lord Bell said:
“Today’s purchases reflect our ongoing belief in the long-term future performance of the Company and our view that the shares are currently undervalued. We have taken advantage of the current share price to make these significant share purchases.”
