'Chime' or 'the Company'
Chime announces the purchase yesterday of 100,000 ordinary shares of the Company by the Chime Communications plc Employee Trust ('the Trust') at a price of 110 pence per share.
The shares were purchased by the Trust for the purpose of satisfying awards under the Chime Communications plc Deferred Share Plan as approved by the Board on 4 May 2006. The Executive Directors are not eligible for grants under the Scheme.
