Chime Communications PLC confirms that it’s issued share capital consists of 69,843,357 ordinary shares each with voting rights at the date of this announcement. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.
The figure of 69,843,357 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Chime Communications PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
