3. Five Job Vacancies in the Research Division
Facts International:
Facts International is looking to grow its team through the addition of an Insight Manager and a Senior Research Executive.
The role of Insight Manager is to manage key client accounts, in particular end clients, who require full service expertise from initial consultation and questionnaire design through to delivery of findings. Reporting to the Client Services Director, the Insight Manager is responsible for liaising with internal departments and the client on all matters pertaining to the client’s research project.
The role of a Senior Research Executive is to manage and oversee research projects. Reporting to an Associate Director, the emphasis of the role is to maintain and enhance customer relations through the successful management of research projects and the research team. This should include the development of existing client relationships and the development of working relations with new clients to assist with the expansion of the business. Senior Research Managers are a point of contact for clients and other internal staff members and are responsible for the completion of projects to time and budget.
Opinion Leader Research:
Opinion Leader is looking to expand its senior team through the engagement of a Research Director and an Associate Director.
Ideal candidates for these roles should possess both quantitative and qualitative experience across the full spectrum of research methodologies. Experience in the following industry sectors would be advantageous: health care, social, financial services, b2b, media, and telecoms.
The primary focus of these positions is to oversee research projects, including project management, effective delegation of duties, management of individual team members, and development of skill-sets within these teams. Both Directors will also be required to assist in developing new business and growing existing accounts and revenue streams.
