We currently have six vacancies as follows: 

1.  Project Director at Teamspirit

Reporting to the Group Project Director or Client Services Director, you will be responsible for directing your client accounts to ensure creative and service excellence. You provide inspiration and are a driving force for the Project team.

Your role specifically requires you to provide leadership and ensure the team delivers outstanding client service by:

• Anticipating, recognising and meeting client needs.
• Developing and implementing creative solutions to satisfy the strategic and creative requirements of client briefs. Always striving to step outside and beyond the brief.
• Identifying business development opportunities amongst clients and involving appropriate Teamspirit resources to secure additional business.
• Management of process to deliver client business ensuring that work is delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage and implement appropriate planning and control mechanisms - creative briefs, schedules and status reports - to ensure that projects are managed effectively.
• Gatekeeping the overall quality of work before presenting to clients and ensuring compliance with the brand.
• Proven ability to evaluate creative work with reference to the brief and on its own merits. Must have the respect of the Creative Department to champion client comments.
• Quality control over all aspects of creative output, production and print ensuring the highest values are executed.
• Demonstrate conceptual thinking ability by identifying key issues and developing possible solutions. Comes forward with solutions, not problems.
• Develop close long term client relationships.
• Identify when appropriate to involve directors of Teamspirit in client business.
• Ensure directors kept up-to-date with status of client business.
• Cost projects ensuring efficient and timely purchase process is employed and that monthly projections are updated on a weekly basis for the Directors.
• Develop business in line with the business targets for existing clients and help the business to meet stated new business targets.

Your role as a manager:
• To motivate and manage your Project Manager(s).
• To identify training requirements within project team.
• To ensure annual and six monthly reviews are undertaken.
• To review each quarter for PRP purposes.

Your role with regard to new business:
• Involvement in new business presentations as appropriate to new and existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and involve Teamspirit directors as appropriate.

Your role within Teamspirit:
• Identify appropriate entertainment or events for clients.
• Ensure that you get involved with projects outside of your day-to-day role to ensure that Teamspirit are constantly moving forward, keeping up with the latest developments in financial services and marketing.

Your skills/experience:
• Minimum 5 years commercial experience ideally on client and agency side. Prior supervisory experience required.
• Good understanding of the financial services market, with at least two years working with a financial services organisation.
• Good understanding of design, marketing, production techniques and agency systems & procedures.

2. Five Job Vacancies in the Research Division

Facts International:
Facts International is looking to grow its team through the addition of an Insight Manager and a Senior Research Executive.

The role of Insight Manager is to manage key client accounts, in particular end clients, who require full service expertise from initial consultation and questionnaire design through to delivery of findings. Reporting to the Client Services Director, the Insight Manager is responsible for liaising with internal departments and the client on all matters pertaining to the client’s research project.

The role of a Senior Research Executive is to manage and oversee research projects. Reporting to an Associate Director, the emphasis of the role is to maintain and enhance customer relations through the successful management of research projects and the research team. This should include the development of existing client relationships and the development of working relations with new clients to assist with the expansion of the business. Senior Research Managers are a point of contact for clients and other internal staff members and are responsible for the completion of projects to time and budget.

Opinion Leader Research:
Opinion Leader is looking to expand its senior team through the engagement of a Research Director and an Associate Director.

Ideal candidates for these roles should possess both quantitative and qualitative experience across the full spectrum of research methodologies. Experience in the following industry sectors would be advantageous: health care, social, financial services, b2b, media, and telecoms.

The primary focus of these positions is to oversee research projects, including project management, effective delegation of duties, management of individual team members, and development of skill-sets within these teams. Both Directors will also be required to assist in developing new business and growing existing accounts and revenue streams.
