Drawing upon the skill, depth and sector specific experience across the Pelham Bell Pottinger team, we work across all key market sectors. We work with more than 150 financial clients, including world class brands, FTSE 100, AIM listed and private businesses in every major sector with industry leading sector practices in natural resources, consumer goods, financial services, sovereign wealth funds and private equity.

Recent activities include:

• Advising Qatar Holding on a number of transactions, including the acquisition of Harrods, the $2.8 billion investment in Agricultural Bank of China and the $2.7 billion investment in Santander Brazil
• Advising Richemont on its £250 million acquisition of Net-a-Porter
• Advising AT&T Williams (subsidiary of Williams Grand Prix Holdings) on its IPO on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
• Advising NBNK Investments on its £50 million AIM IPO
• Advising KNOC on its £1.9 billion successful hostile bid for Dana Petroleum
• Positioning and managing deal flow for TPG, the world’s largest private equity fund, including on the $2.1 billion sale of Mey Icki to Diageo and the €1.5 billion acquisition of Ontex
• Developing a global programme to protect and promote London's Savile Row as the home of style and men's tailoring
• Advising Rhone Capital on its US$1 billion disposal of Arizona Chemical
• Advising on Imperial Tobacco's €13 billion takeover of Altadis, creating one of the world's leading tobacco groups
