XandY Communications is an integrated agency that helps organisations increase engagement and satisfaction levels with women in the marketplace and in the workplace. Women are now responsible for 80% of consumer buying decisions though are unsatisfied with the customer experience provided by many organisations.  XandY combines expertise in communications with expertise in the different ways that men and women shop, communicate and make decisions. XandY applies gender intelligence to Marketing, PR, HR, Sales and Online communications.

  • Marketing : strategic marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand appeal and market share.
  • PR - Strategic PR plans and campaigns to increase female engagement .
  • Sales - Training call centres and face to face teams to sell differently to men and women. Courses last half a day and results are immediate; sales conversions show uplift of between 20 and 50% (mainly to women). No other company offers this training.
  • HR - Employer branding and internal communications to ensure that the organisation is regarded as an appealing employer by both sexes. XandY’s two hour training courses also help internal  teams  to improve their mixed team dynamics and to foster a gender neutral culture and leadership.
