Bell Pottinger Public Affairs’ Local Government and Planning Unit and TTA Group have been jointly appointed by National Grid Property, following a competitive tendering process, to advise on their national public relations, media relations and public affairs programme. They will work closely with the regional agencies which make up National Grid Property’s communications network. The appointment runs for an initial 3 years.
Bell Pottinger’s remit is to develop a communications strategy to support the commercial aspirations of the business and to ensure that political and media communications are fully integrated. BPPA will advise on relations with government at a national and regional level, on a variety of property and regeneration related issues.
TTA will support National Grid Property with their national and trade press requirements as well as event management and crisis communications.

Bell Pottinger Public Affairs has been retained by National Grid Plc to run their corporate public affairs programme since July 2006.
