A series of significant client wins at Facts International has led to a number of new appointments, the latest being Kevin Murphy who is joining the research and analysis time team as a Senior Research Executive. Murphy’s previous roles were at the British Embassy in Brussels, where he worked in a research and project capacity, and prior to that, NOP World. He has also worked at agencies that include Maven, Diagnostics Social & Market Research, and IPSOS-RSL.
Crispin Beale, Chief Executive of the Research & Engagement Division of Chime, commented, “We are delighted that Kevin is joining our team. He has a broad experience gained over 15-years working in research and his input at this critical stage of our growth is very important”.”
Kevin will be based in the research and analysis team at the Kent-based operation working on a major tracking account, as well as a number of other ad hoc projects. Due to his relevant experience, he will also be working on projects at Opinion Leader’s Automotive Division. During his time at NOP World, Murphy was responsible for a major automotive customer satisfaction tracking study across almost 20-European markets; at Maven he was responsible for a similar large scale tracking study.
Murphy graduated from Leicester University in 1995 with a Bsc (Hons) in Economics, Business Administration and Psychology. He has gone on to achieve a Prince2 registered practitioner certificate, a project management methodology qualification from the Office of Government Commerce.
