A series of significant client wins at Facts International has led to a number of new appointments including Rowena Hallett, an insight executive, who is joining the research team from Synovate.
Crispin Beale, Chief Executive of the Research & Engagement Division of Chime, commented, “Rowena joins the team at a critical time when Facts International has won a raft of new clients and needs smart, talented people to help manage these new projects. Rowena will work predominately with the quantitative technology and telecoms teams at the Kent-based operation, supporting the directors in an account management function. During her time at Synovate, Rowena built up a wealth of experience and specialised in telecoms research, which mainly incorporated brand and advertising tracker studies, and other ad-hoc quantitative projects.
Rowena graduated from Canterbury Christ Church University in 2006 with a BA (Hons) in English Literature, Media and Cultural Studies. She has gone on to achieve the Advanced MRS Certificate.
