Royal Mail Insight Chief to Head Facts International

Chime’s Research and Engagement Division is delighted to announce that Crispin Beale, Director of Insight, Intelligence, Analysis and Marketing Services at the Royal Mail Group is to join Facts International as CEO starting on October 5th. Prior to joining the Royal Mail Group Crispin was Head of Research Customer Satisfaction and Intelligence at BT and Head of Research and Customer Action at Dixons. Crispin is an elected Council Member and Director of the MRS.

Facts International is one of the UK's foremost market research companies, supplying fieldwork and tabulation services to major global and UK based clients including many leading agencies. Facts has almost doubled in size since being acquired by Chime PLC in February 2007 with ambitious plans for further growth.
