REMEMBER A CHARITY CHOOSES GOOD RELATIONS TO SUPPORT WILL-GIVING BRIEF

Wednesday, 10 December 2008

Remember A Charity, the largest charity consortium in the UK, has appointed Good Relations as its new PR and communications agency.  Good Relations will work closely with the strategic marketing agency Touch DDB, who were appointed last month.
Good Relations will focus on an issues-led campaign in early 2009, which will support Remember A Charity in its ambition to make leaving a gift to charity in a will the norm, rather than the exception.

Ian Barber at Good Relations said: “This is a hugely exciting and rewarding brief.  By influencing just 1% of the UK public to change their behaviour, the potential rewards for charity are huge.  It’s great to be involved in an integrated campaign with advertising, PR and media buying working side-by-side from the outset.”

Susanne Levy at Remember A Charity said:  “The Good Relations team gave us real confidence that they know how to turn our cause into a campaignable issue as part of our integrated social marketing campaign.  They have a fantastic track-record in this type of work.”

Remember A Charity is Good Relation’s second significant third sector brief this year, following its appointment by the National Osteoporosis Society in May.
