The Research & Engagement Division of Chime Communications plc today announced the appointment of Mark Squires as Group Operations Director. Squires joins the Division from Toluna, where he currently holds the operational role of European Client Services Director with responsibility for project delivery across Europe. Squires will work across the six main brands in the Division.
Crispin Beale, Chief Executive of the Research & Engagement Division, commented, “Mark is uniquely qualified to work across the business, expanding and tailoring our online offering, and further enhancing and growing Divisional Operations. I am delighted that he is joining us and am confident he will become a valued member of our growing team.”
“I could not turn down this fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth of the Research & Engagement Division of Chime”, commented Mark. “I am looking forward to making a positive mark on the business and helping to improve Operations across the Division.”
As Group Operations Director, Squires will lead the cross-divisional fieldwork offerings of the business, combining the considerable expertise of Facts International, and Chime’s specialist online offer. Prior to his role at Toluna, Squires spent 8-years at Nunwood as Telephone Operations Divisional Director.
This appointment comes shortly after the announcement that Sinéad Jefferies has joined Opinion Leader, part of the Research & Engagement Division of Chime Communications plc, as a director to lead the company’s research and insight business. Beale has also poached senior client-side directors Gill Rumbold and Sarah Horack from Givaudan and PricewaterhouseCoopers respectively.
Earlier this year Crispin Beale was appointment to Chief Executive of the Research and Engagement Division of Chime, where he also sits on the executive management board of the plc.
