Naked Eye joins Chime’s Research and Engagement Division

Tuesday, 18 March 2008

Deborah Mattinson and Viki Cooke, Joint Chairs of Chime’s Research and Engagement Division, are delighted to announce that Nick Leon, one of the UK’s leading practitioners of ethnographic research (helping clients better understand customers by close observation of how they behave in their daily lives) and his successful business, Naked Eye, are to join the Division.

Deborah Mattinson said: “Naked Eye’s innovative approach helps clients really understand how their customers’ behaviour reflects their motivations and attitudes within the different environments they encounter during different times of the day. The business has huge potential in a rapidly growing sector and we’re working closely with Nick to make sure this is realised.”

Nick Leon said: “We are very excited by this new partnership. Chime is helping us achieve our ambition of growing from being a small start-up to the leading ethnographic research company in the UK. Our point of difference is our methodology – our team of highly skilled social anthropologists, documentary film makers and interactive media designers will work with experts in the Chime Group to deliver unique insight to help our clients get closer to their customer’s experience”.
