Pelham Bell Pottinger, part of the Bell Pottinger Group, has been appointed by Hyperion, the international group, to handle corporate and financial PR in the run-up to the company’s proposed IPO in 2012. The account will be led by James Henderson, managing director of Pelham Bell Pottinger, and Damian Beeley, who leads the firm’s insurance practice, with support from newly promoted account director Zoe Pocock and Malika Shermatova.
Hyperion Group is based principally in the London Market and combines Howden, Dual and CFC, three of the most well-known names in the UK insurance market and beyond. Through these firms the group covers wholesale broking, retail broking, underwriting and reinsurance broking, with businesses across Europe and Scandinavia, in India, Israel and Australia. Hyperion transacts business in more than 50 countries around the world.
