PELHAM BELL POTTINGER APPOINTED FOR ZANAGA IRON ORE COMPANY IPO AND FINANCIAL PR

Pelham Bell Pottinger, part of the Bell Pottinger Group, has been appointed by Zanaga Iron Ore Company Ltd. (AIM: ZIOC), an exploration and development company operating in the Republic of Congo (Congo-Brazzaville), to handle its financial public relations and corporate communications.

Through a structured communications programme Pelham Bell Pottinger was able to help Zanaga and existing shareholders raise $100m in the IPO to value the company at £437m and support the share price in the first days of dealing.

The team is led by Charles Vivian, Head of Mining, and supported by James MacFarlane and Philippe Polman.
