QVC the television and online shopping channel is continuing to develop its customer communications strategy with direct marketing agency Stephens Francis Whitson.
After the successful launch of the new welcome pack at the end of 2008, SFW have gone on to expand the customer journey strategy beyond the initial welcome, focussing on encouraging repeat purchase and loyalty.
The new communications target recipients through purchase behaviour triggers and continue to demonstrate the wide range of high end products QVC has to offer.
