The new-look programme now includes the opportunity for new and existing customers to apply for a House of Fraser branded MasterCard or an Account Card, both run by GE Money’s Dual Card process.
Under the campaign line ‘Recognition: You Deserve It’ the programme enables customers to collect rewards points which can be redeemed in HoF retail stores and online. Appointed in July last year, Stephens Francis Whitson has been working with House of Fraser on the positioning of the programme and overseen all the creative development from designing the new cards, creating all online and offline customer communications, the in-store communication and all advertising.
