Agency signed for major beauty launch

Good Relations has been appointed by Ultragen Ltd, the aesthetic beauty experts, to support the worldwide launch of a new skincare device, named stop™ which will be retailed in Selfridges and Harvey Nichols from September onwards. The six figure contract was awarded to the agency following a three way competitive pitch and encompasses consumer, digital and trade communications.

Ultragen Ltd is the first company to bring patent-pending TriPollar™ technology to the consumer market in the form of a luxury beauty device.  The clinically proven technology was created by sister company Pollogen Ltd, an Israel based company, in 2006 and features in professional skincare treatments in Regen and Apollo machines which are supplied to aesthetic clinics in over 50 countries worldwide including the London Dermatology Clinic and Harley Street’s The Face and Body Clinic.

Good Relations will be launching the new innovative device in skin renewal as a pioneer in the anti-ageing market through amplifying independent endorsement from plastic surgeons to doctors specialising in dermatology as well as detailing the results of clinical pilot studies in Tel Aviv, Pairs and London.   High profile events are also planned with retail partners to drive footfall and awareness and celebrity endorsement will also feature in the programme.

The account is led by Consumer Director, Christine Morgan, who says, “Ultragen is a hugely exciting client with proven technology and enormous credibility in the professional aesthetic industry. The launch of the stop™ skin renewal device to the consumer market is a sign of the forthcoming beauty trend to bring technology into the home and we are confident that the launch will be a great success.”

Sales and Marketing Vice President, Oded Rose said, “We are delighted to be working with Good Relations.  Their response to our brief was very considered as well as creative and we look forward to ensuring the success of the stop™ for its global launch and replicating plans in the French market later in the year.”

The stop™ device will retail at £396 and launches in the UK in September.
