After VCCP was awarded the npower account in August this year, the first activity goes live for Energy Savings Week (19th - 25th October) introducing pretty Penny.
Penny, npower’s new customer services lady is on hand to help the lovable but sometimes hapless pair Wallace and Gromit with all their energy saving queries. The campaign breaks with regional 40 second radio ads and a 10 second national radio ad promoting loft insulation for £149.
In addition to the radio the campaign also includes press and outdoor freaturing Penny and Wallace and Gromit.
