O2 present their first foray into ad-funded programming this Sunday 15 March with Austin Healey’s The Big Tackle on ITV4 at 7.30pm, supported by a fully integrated campaign developed by VCCP.
The campaign launches in press this Friday and a range of idents have been produced by VCCP featuring England men’s, women’s and junior rugby players as well as passionate fans & support staff from all walks of rugby in a long anthemic ‘Line-Up’ before a match at Twickenham.
The support is crucial to demonstrate the reasons for which O2 have made this programme, namely building awareness of their rugby ethos - enabling connections at every level of the game, from grassroots to glory.
Michael Sugden, Managing Director of VCCP explained “it is our continual goal with O2 to deliver work which emphasises that O2’s sponsorship strategy is far more than just a badge on a shirt; we’re delighted with the campaign as it clearly backs up O2’s commitment to the sport at all levels.”
